3. How Do You Deliberately Create Whatever You Want in Life?

Focused intention is the most powerful force in the universe and you can access this power whenever you want. However, most people give their time and energy to whatever is activated in front of them, thus creating more of what they have already experienced. In order to create something new, you must actively focus on something new.

Your brain acts as a transmitter and receiver of energy. You can focus anything you desire into physical manifestation simply by becoming a vibrational match to the frequency of that which you desire. You do this by imagining what you want in your mind as if it was happening right now in the present moment.

The logical reason why this works is because, through the application of focused thought, universal forces instantaneously respond to the vibrational frequency you’re transmitting from your brain, which has a direct effect on other physical matter throughout the universe.

 

Law of Attraction: The Highest Organizing Force of All Physical and Non-Physical Matter

The Law of Attraction is the most senior law in the universe, organizing everything that we experience in our reality. All atoms that exist are magnetically held together and organized by The Law of Attraction.

When you think a thought, it carries with it a very particular vibrational frequency. Your dominant thought patterns = your dominant point of focus/force/attraction. 

The Law of Attraction says that the vibrational quality of your current thoughts must manifest in your physical life experience in the form of people, places, and circumstances. You will get and receive what you are focusing on most of the time.

Your thought patterns have momentum. The thoughts you most dominantly hold in your mind are what we call beliefs. If you want to change something in your life, you must change your belief about it to get the best result possible. This can easily be done by caring more about the vibrational quality of your thoughts.

You can tell what kind of thought you’re thinking by the way you feel when you think them. Your emotion is your map that will always tell you what kind of life Law of Attraction is co-creating with you. And, of course, this all sounds unbelievable because we can’t see any of this happening with our physical eyes.

But it is. Science has shown that the way we look at things has a direct effect on the molecular structure of that thing. Our thoughts change the nature of reality depending on how we look at it. If you think about something in a certain way for long enough, it must adapt to your perception of it. Because almost everyone is giving their attention to what’s in front of them, they continue to create the same results over and over in their lives.

Every thought that has ever been thought still exists. All that we are experiencing in our physical universe is the sum total of mankind’s dominant thought patterns.

 

Your Attention to Something Creates More of It in Your Life

There will never be a time in your life when you will experience a true injustice, for it defies the laws of creation. Everything you have experienced in your life has occurred because your thinking patterns were a vibrational match to the outcome.

People want to argue that there are victims in the world who cannot fend for themselves and are the direct cause of other people's actions.

Though it may appear that we live in a world of injustice, that would mean that some people do not have the power to change their lives and some do. It is true that there are many terrible circumstances at our current time. Rape. Murder. Lying. Cheating. Stealing. Sexism. Racism. Government corruption. You name it, it still exists.

However, one cannot truly create the change they want to see in the world if they are still focused on the problem. They must somehow rise above their issues, whether “big” or “small” and focus on the solution. 

They must be the change they want to see, and not part of the problem.

The formula is simple:

Think thoughts that feel positive to you, and with time, and deliberate focus, Law of Attraction will match you up with similarly vibrational things, people, and circumstances.

Good Feeling Thoughts = A Positive Feeling Future

Bad Feeling Thoughts = Resistance to a Positive Feeling Future

This is a consistent formula and it is organizing your future right now based on how you’re currently feeling. The better you feel right now, the better your future will be, no questions asked. If all you cared about all day was how you honestly felt in any given moment, you would completely transform your life. In order to do this, you must become more “selfish,” that is, you must care about your highest well-being. 

Some will say that this is not a very noble thing to do; on the contrary, no one else is truly responsible for the way you feel. It is your work, and your work alone to be the joyous manager of the vibrations you emit on a moment-to-moment basis.

 

How Do You Deliberately Send Out the Vibrational Frequency of your Highest Desire?

Don’t make this into a bigger deal than it is. You are supposed to have what you want, for the nature of what you are is joyous well-being. Any experience you encounter that isn’t what you want means that you were thinking thoughts either seconds, minutes, hours, days or months before that felt less-than-good. Law of Attraction is always matching you up with experiences that match your active vibration.

The good news is that every moment is a new opportunity to send out a different thought frequency than the one you have been offering, and to create a different point of attraction and different experiences in your life.

You can be as specific as you want in your asking, or as general. It doesn’t matter what words you use; it is your vibrational feeling to which the universe is responding. 

If you want something but don’t believe you can have it, that belief will be indicated to you by the emotion of discomfort, disappointment, anger, sadness, etc. The level of your emotion is telling you how aligned or misaligned you are with receiving of your desire.

The better you feel, the more you know that your thinking is in alignment with your source. Make it your dominant intention right now to think only thoughts that feel good to you and watch what happens in your life. It will shift significantly!

When you are armed with the powerful knowledge that you are a vibrational being living in a vibrational universe, and that Law of Attraction is the powerful manager of all-that-is, you can become the conscious, deliberate creator you intended to become before you arrived in this flesh-blood-and-bone body. You will see yourself as the chooser of your experience, rather than the loser.

You will have absolute confidence that when you focus on your desired outcome and believe you will have it, as indicated to you by your positive emotion, Law of Attraction must make it so.

 

Creating with Action Vs. Creating with Focused Thought

All action is first a non-physical concept in the mind. You want to go to the grocery store? You must first think about yourself doing it. Therefore, everything that happens in the world was born from its non-physical counterpart.

There is indeed a physical component to the creation process; however, 99.99% of what happens has already been produced in the non-physical dimension of reality. All we’re experiencing is the tiny physical aspects of it, and that which we open ourselves up to emotionally.

When you accept that the greater part of you holds this kind of creative leverage, and see it being played out in your life, you will want to apply it more. It is fun, freeing, and often magical. Situations will occur in your life that will seem like serendipity, synchronicity, coincidence, and happenstance. But it’s not. It’s simply You lining up with the 99.99% of who You truly are!

 

Summary

Focused attention is the most powerful creative force in the universe.

Law of Attraction is the organizer of every particle in the universe. Every particle that is vibrating at the same frequency is instantaneously brought together by a magnetic pull.

You can create whatever frequency you want with your brain and Law of Attraction will bring you more of that frequency.

When you focus on the frequency (thought) long enough, you will start to see its evidence in your life.

The way you feel is your indicator of alignment with that what you are wanting. Good feelings signify that what you want is coming in. Bad feelings indicate resistance to the essence of what you are wanting.

 

Exercise

Ask yourself right now, “How am I feeling?” Answer deeply. Answer honestly. Answer authentically. Don’t try to feel any differently than you do. Just get a good gauge of your emotional well-being.

Can you put a word to it? Do your best; the words you use don’t have to be perfect.

Go ahead—say how you’re feeling out loud now.

Did you do it? If not, go ahead and say it out loud now. It’s okay. Express your emotion.

Whether you feel depressed (very negative) or joyful (extremely positive), don’t judge yourself for the way you feel. Simply recognize your emotion as nothing more than an indicator of how aligned or out-of-alignment you are with the greater part of you.

There are a million ways to get yourself into a better feeling point of attraction. The thing to remember is that when you want to feel better, your dominant intention must be to release resistance. Your negative emotion is due to your resistant viewpoint on whatever you’re currently giving your attention to. It’s simply letting you know that the greater part of you does not see what you see in the same way.

In order to get back to the feelings of love, joy, empowerment, freedom, peace, bliss, etc., you must make it your intention now to let go of the way you’re viewing whatever you’re viewing. You must take a step back, breathe, and begin to give your attention to thoughts, things, or circumstances that are more pleasing to you. You must find a way to look for the positive aspects in things.

This is not always easy to do, and is very much an art of living life in a higher vibe. With so much going on all around us, it takes practice to be able to see things in the positive rather than the negative.

For now, focus on releasing resistance. All positive emotion begins with letting go of negative thought forms.
