I am not a self proclaimed guru by any means!

I educate on the same topics that many prolific philosophers, personal development and spiritual teachers educate on. This does not make me better or more special than anyone else, and it never will.

However, because I’ve been studying and practicing what it means to be deeply fulfilled in life since 2006, it puts me in a great position to be able to help you eradicate suffering from your life.

I have used what I have learned to create a very loving, satisfying sense of self. I rarely suffer, and when I do, I’m often quick to let it go by using the tools I’ve learned and developed along my journey.

This does not make me perfect in any way though. Just because I have achieved a consistent state of happiness doesn’t mean you should ever take what I say on authority and apply it in your life without your own conscious consideration.

Why do I make a point in saying this?

Because it is normal for people who are searching for answers to mindlessly believe whatever they’re being told by people who claim to have figured out the secrets of life. 

I would advise you to stay away from these self-proclaimed “gurus.” 

They’re main intention is to fulfill their ego-mind by getting you to pay attention to them. In other words, on some level, they care more about being famous and making money than seeing you achieve high quality results for your life.

How can you tell the difference between someone who can help you and someone who could potentially hinder you from achieving what you say you truly want?

Everyone has a “bull-shit detector” that can recognize if someone is worth their time and energy to invest in or not. It becomes a problem, however, if you don’t use your detector and get blindly lead down a path of spiritual mysticism.

Please don’t let this happen to you. If it has, learn from it and find your power to release these parasitic influences from your life and begin listening to your higher guidance of what is true and not true for you.

I will never claim I know whats best for you. If you choose to work with me, I will commit to being the best guide I know how to be to get you from where you are to where you say you want to be.

There are infinite ways for you to create the success you want in your life. What is often overlooked, however, is the true meaning of success. This is very important to recognize so that you can have a very clear indication of what it means to you.


How I Can Help You Change Your Life

A key word in Nightingales definition of success is “progressive.”

You are successful when you are mentally and emotionally becoming that which you think would be pleasing to you. Even if you haven't yet achieved what you want in the outside world, if you are choosing, with intention, to move your life towards your desires, preferences, wants, and dreams, by Nightingales definition, you are successful.

This is a significant point to make because our society is programmed to believe that success is defined by what we have created in our external reality. However, this is wildly misleading because it ensures that we are always seeking success in the manifestation of a preferred outcome, rather than realizing that there will never be a time where you will have everything you want.

Even after you create the manifestation of what you want, from that point you will have another dream, another goal, and another desire to aim for. You’ll have another worthy ideal and another evolved set-point. 

There is not an end to the evolution that is You. Even when your physical body dies, your true measure of success will not be about what you created in the outside world. It will surely be about how many joyful moments you experienced while living.

The reason why it is so important to eradicate suffering from your life is because you can still actively pursue your dreams and desires in the external world, while simultaneously feel amazingly good interdependent from where you are on your path to what you currently want.

This general unconditional-loving attitude towards life puts you in a position of extreme power. Those who have not yet deeply experienced this feeling of non-attachment to the outside world cannot yet resonate with the truth of that statement because they are not yet ready to let go and see the ultimate truth of life: 

Success (what you want) always lays within you, not without you.

Everything else you create in the outside world is just there to simply enhance this inner state of clarity, bliss, oneness, and joy.

The closer you are to this realization is the closer you are to becoming free from suffering.


The Joy is The Journey

We have all heard this saying before, but do you truly live by it? The truth is, most people live in a state of some degree of suffering most of the time. Changing this means to be more honest about where your happiness comes from.

You don’t really need a new car. You want the feeling that you believe the car will give you.

You don’t really need a new house. You want the feeling that you believe the new house will give you.

You don’t really need to have sex. You want the feeling that you believe sex will give you.

You don’t really need to do drugs and drink alcohol. You want the feeling that you believe the drugs and alcohol will give you.

You don’t really need a vacation. You want the feeling that you believe the vacation will give you.

You don’t really need a new relationship. You want the feeling that you believe the new relationships will give you.

…Surely you could say this about any desire in life. The point is to live in the wisdom of knowing that success is in the realization of what you want, while also being uninvested in when or how it happens in your life experience.

What do you and everyone else truly want? To be content with what-is, while simultaneously pursuing your next point in your evolution, whatever that may be for you.


Choosing Heart Centred Desires

Living a successful life is easy when you feel really, really, really good. This is because when you feel high levels of inner-peace, you’re aligned with your truth, and your truth only. You have easy mental access to your highest sense of self, as well as your highest desires in every area of life.

Your highest desire, whether you’re aware of it or not, is to first and foremost feel better throughout your day. If you were to have one desire, the core of it would be to feel joyful since everything you want is because you believe that you will feel better in the having, being or doing of it.

Life is about living in this state of joy while relentlessly doing the things that you feel most called to do. This “calling” is a higher calling. It is a calling that you feel in your heart. It is a feeling that you “must” do it because it is your soul purpose to follow your highest desires.

A good way to know and decide which desire is a worthy one to pursue is to simply rate them on a scale of 1-10.

Whenever you’re considering doing something but you’re not sure if it’s the best decision for you, whether “big” or “small,” ask your gut this simple question:

On a scale of 1-10, how much do I truly want this?

Your most honest answer will be the one that feels the best to you. It is the answer that resonates most with your heart and soul. Don’t doubt your hearts emotion. It is always leading you in the right direction.

The juiciest desires are the ones that feel like an 8, 9, or 10. Any desire that feels like a 1-7 is ultimately a waste of your time. These are the “should-do’s” or “have to do’s.”

Snore. Boring.

This doesn’t make them wrong. It just makes them less desirable for you. Your “rating” of your desires may shift frequently depending on your mood, time of the day, who you’re with, etc. Don’t judge your feelings, simply go with them. Trust them.

Sometimes you have responsibilities that you don’t particularly want to do, but you know that will keep your life experience moving in a positive flow.

Going to work, doing chores, going to the bank, talking to your mother in law are all examples of this. The art of life is to be able to remain in a positive state of mind despite “having” to do these things.

My promise is this:

The more you follow your hearts desires (8, 9, and 10’s) in life, the less you’ll feel like you have to do things you don’t want to do.

Here is an exercise for you to start leaning in that direction. 


Exercise To Begin Changing Your Life Right Now

Imagine a life where you’re always doing the things that are in alignment with your highest joy. What might that look like for you? How happy would you be? What kinds of things would you be doing?

Even if you’re not doing them right now, if you realize what they are and begin now to move towards them, you are successful by definition.

Get out a piece of paper and pen right now and respond to the five questions below as open and honest as you can. Don’t think about it too much. This is an easy process. It’s not meant to be challenging, it’s meant to be fun. 

The questions are general enough for you to explore them as deep or as surface as you want and are ready for. The purpose is for you to realize what you want in these areas and positively connect with them on a mental and emotional level. Deep down you know that the more you live in your truth, the more happy and successful you’ll be in your life.


1. Home & Environment - What do I want most in life in terms of my home & environment? When I think about this topic, what truths comes to mind in terms of my next-step desires?


2. Relationships - What do I want most in life in terms of my relationships? When I think about this topic, what truths comes to mind in terms of my next-step desires?


3. Job/Career & Creative Projects - What do I want most in life in terms of my job and creative projects? When I think about this topic, what truths comes to mind in terms of my next-step desires?


4. Life Purpose - What do I want most in life in terms of my Life purpose? When I think about this topic, what truths comes to mind in terms of my next-step desires?


5. Spiritual Practice - What do I want most in life in terms of my spiritual practice? When I think about this topic, what truths comes to mind in terms of my next-step desires?


When you realize that your path to success lays in your honest answers to these fun, simple, yet powerful questions, you have life figured out. You become your own authority and highest leader when you start to pursue your highest desires. You accept yourself as the creator of your reality and begin moving smoothly and graciously throughout your experience, while celebrating every moment along the way.

Can life get better than that?

Consider this. Practice this. Most importantly, have fun with this. Life isn’t meant to be taken seriously. It’s meant to be taken by the balls, and for you to play with those balls in whatever way you want. ;)
